Overcoming the feeling of Unworthiness...

We may feel unworthy even when we are the greatest human being, because of our friends, family and spouse's criticism. Often I see many counselor suggesting that leave such relationships.

But leaving a family member and spouse immediately may not be always possible in every part of the world.

How can you survive and feel ok and not get affected largely by their comments:

1) Must have an outlet to throw those emotions:

Now most people suggest take help of family and friends, which is not possible for all, as many are having such sad feelings only because of their family and friends.

So what can be done:

  • Write it out

  • Talk your feelings to God, if you believe in God

  • Talk your thoughts to Nature

  • Create a secret letter and post it without an address

  • Talk to a plant

2) Most people are having their own issues, you can try and listen to them in a limited extent.

This will make you feel that you helped someone, who was in similar situation like you.



3) Follow a hobby which fulfills you:

I know many of us will be like, I don't have a hobby so what.

In that case I would suggest just Travel, see the world, there are many things which we ignore and escape seeing , just because we are caught in this daily rut.
