After many cycles of feeling low and lazy, I finally come to a conclusion that making sure to do these basics things daily can help you complete a day with little amount of satisfaction and have less guilt feelings:

1) Wake up before 8 AM

2) Clean your space as per the strength you have for the given day

3) Throw garbage

4) Mobilize your body (Walk, Stretch, do anything you like)

5) Take Bath

6) Cook One meal at least by yourself and have it when hot (One pot meals can be your bestfriend).

7) Talk to your parents daily, even if it is for 2 mins is fine

8) Read some genuine must know news from a spam free channel

9) Learn something new in any daily activity, try doing same daily chore in different way

10) Occasionally take rest, meet friends, visit some new place, take part in marathon (do anything different from daily chores).
